How an American will look for a law sevice to solve his business trouble in China?

I am a Chinese and I want to set up a law company on commerce service in China for those who are doing the business with Chinese Company. Can anybody tell me whether this sevice is workable for you or the people in your country? Or do you have any good suggestion for my idea? Your answers will be higly apprecitaed. Many thanks!

Partnership is key. If I wanted to do business in China I would want a lawyer on the US side and one on the Chinese side. Look for partnerships with US legal firms.
