What is the Florida law that pevents a man and woman from living as husband and wife?

There is no common-law marriages due to this law. It was hidden within the law against sadomizing. I beleive the law has a 703 in it. Saw it a long time ago under strange laws in Florida.

Florida has not allowed common-law marriages since at least 1968. I have posted a link to the specific code section below.
