Will a law firm hire me as a summer intern if I am a law school graduate but haven't passed the bar?

I graduated from law school a year ago and have some clinical experience, but desperately need some good, solid legal work. I plan on passing the bar in February (fingers crossed!) and would like to work as a summer intern for a firm, but don't know if they often limit their criteria exclusively to current law students. Also, I still need to eat, so do they even pay?

Depends on your grades. Many work as "law clerks" or "paralegals" while awaiting bar results.

Many firms will allow JD's to work as interns or better and do pay. Good Luck
