What law states it is illegal to wear election paraphernalia to voting polls?

If this is a federal law, how do I locate the written version?

Apparently it's considered part of the first amendment and is enforced by the states with various interpretations. I linked this page because it had a lot of information about polling places and various legalities.

Campaigning within 100 feet of a polling place is usually illegal. Not 100% sure if it's Federal or not, but it's ALWAYS been illegal.
