What is the name of the law that protects a person from charges when they drop a child at a firestation?

Help prove me right. In Texas, we have a law that if you take a child to a hospital or a fire station, and leave them, you will not face any abandonment charges. What do they call that?

In NC it is called a safe haven law.

It is called the Baby Moses Law. The mother can drop an infant off at a hospital or fire station within 60 days of birth.
