In Costa Rica there is a law that if you steal something under $400 US there is no jail time.People are robbed left and right and the cops can care less.And YES - is a law.What is the craziest law you have heard of?

In Oregon it's against the law to harass a fish.

In Mesquite, Texas it is illegal for kids to have unusual haircuts.

In Oklahoma, you can be arrested for making ugly faces at a dog. ( What if it's an ugly dog...?)
