No there isn't.
Nor are there any State laws that "specifically" require this.
BUT..... State law in all states requires that a seller disclose to a buyer any "significant matters" he is aware of that would affect the value of the property.
There have been a few lawsuits where a buyer has claimed that failing to disclose a death in the house was a violation of the disclosure laws and has won.
I'd note, though, that all the cases where the buyer has won have involved not just Grandpa Joe passing on in his sleep, but a violent crime that was reported in the press, which could, reasonably, have made it harder for the buyer to resell the house.

2) I am aware of no state laws that says they have to tell you.
