I know at the beginning of the shows, all 3 have different statements.
Law and Order has - In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the police, who investigate crime, and the district attorneys, who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories.
SVU has - In the criminal justice system, sexually based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit. These are their stories.
Criminal Intent has- In New York City's war on crime, the worst criminal offenders are pursued by the detectives of the Major Case Squad. These are their stories.
Dont get all crazy on me, i'm only 15 and i'm trying to understand them all. can you help me out? I want to become a detective ever since i started watching the shows.
They are all about different things. SVU is all completly about rapes and sex crimes. Criminal Intent, I think, focuses on most crimes that are really deep and intense. The regular law and order focuses on all crimes, usually not as intense as the serial killings and such like on Criminal Intent, but more like kidnapping/holding for ranson/drugs/single murder.
Personally I love the SVU version the most,
I love Olivia and her personality/strength. :)
