Is there an amendment that stipulates the guidelines and requirements?
I really want to know!
Good question. Income is not wages, Income (as defined in Bouvier's Law Dictionary) is actually money not earned by the sweat of your brow - like inheritance, winnings, interest etc. We have been hoodwinked and you heard right.
BUT, you are not going to win any fights against the IRS. They have all the guns and the money and the staff to go after you. So don't get any smart ideas. Pay your taxes as the hate and aggravation is not worth it.
Excise and Impost taxes are what SHOULD be levied, but the sheeple have gone along with the slave tax for too long.

Title 26 - Internal Revenue Code
The Internet is great for distributing information but it is also used for distributing misinformation.
Many many tax protesters have tried to use one claim or another to prove that the income tax is illegal but not one of them has ever prevailed in court. The are batting a combined .000.
Brad B has laid it all out for you. He is absolutely right. Justbeing is completely wrong.
A lawyer named Eduardo Rivera was just disbarred in California for advising clients that they don't have to pay taxes. If you read the law, you would have no doubt.
1. The United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, states âœThe Congress shall have the Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States.â
2. The Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution,
ratified on February 3, 1913, states,âœThe Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on
income, from whatever source derived, without
apportionment among the several States, and without
regard to any census or enumerationâ.
3. Congress used the power granted by the Constitution
and Sixteenth Amendment and made laws requiring
all individuals to pay tax.
4. Congress has delegated to the IRS the responsibility
of administering and enforcing these laws known as the Internal Revenue Code. Congress enacts the tax laws, IRS enforces them.
5. Courts have historically held there are no Constitutional
or legal grounds for failure to file tax returns and
failure to pay taxes.
6. The term voluntary compliance means that each of us is responsible for filing a tax return when
required and for determining and paying the correct
amount of tax.
7. Failing to file required returns and failing to pay taxes may result in criminal prosecution and/
or civil penalties.
8. While taxpayers have the right to contest their tax liabilities in the courts, taxpayers do not have the right to violate and disobey tax laws.
